The Search Marketology refund policy is as follows:
As long as you are a
customer in good standing and have properly filed
your cancellation request to customerservice@searchmarketology.com,
we will prorate any fees you may have paid in
advance to you for the remaining portion of the
term.
Otherwise, please note that Search
Marketology does not offer refunds. Refunds may be
issued where Search Marketology management
determines that there has been a failure on the
part of the company to fulfill the terms of this
agreement, and are granted on an individual basis.
Results
We make no
other guarantees regarding results from our service. Specifically, we provide no guarantees as to sales, website traffic, or other website metrics.
